Abbey started her career in Learning Disability social care after doing some part-time hours as Bank Staff, while she studied for her law degree.

Jamie qualified in 2010 as a RNLD and started her first post as a staff nurse in May 2010. She progressed up to Charge Nurse then moved in to a Deputy role by February 2017

Tinisha is a qualified Mental Health Nurse – she studied in Teesside and is now a Service Manager.

Sonya is a Clinical Team Leader (CTL) at Cygnet’s Churchill Hospital in Waterloo London. She’s been a CTL for over 7 months and is already thinking about her next role within the organisation.

We recently caught up with Lauren Broome, a Senior Support Worker, working within Cygnet Social Care at North West Supported Living where we support individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and behaviours that challenge.

Support workers are the backbone of our organisation providing care for our service users, patients, and residents, all year round.

Today we caught up with Laura Massey Williams one of our Clinical Managers who works at Cygnet Delfryn Lodge. Laura has worked at Cygnet for over 12 years. First as a Support Worker, then as a Mental Health, and Senior Mental Health Nurse, and now a Clinical Manager.
