Jules has really helped me since starting at Hawkstone a year ago. Whilst doing my course she sat with me and explained things and helped me make a action plan. She is very involved with residents and home and has a lot of passion for the job. She is always there when you need advice or just a general chat and is really supportive and emphatic.

During a safety intervention induction at Shirebrook welfare, Walter showed great passion and understanding around trauma informed care and the importance of supporting individuals in a time of crisis. He was very supportive and professional towards his peers on the course. I wish him the very best at Maple House.

Dave started at the Phoenix School in September 23, and since then he has worked really hard to make the (arguably dry) subject of maths fun! He’s livened it up with tactile learning, board games, and practical sessions to really engage our young people. He also hosted a great fun day for NSPCC Number Day in February which everyone really enjoyed!

Kerrie is one of the staff who work in the background and more than often their efforts go unrecognised as they don’t interact with patients directly. Kerrie is meticulous in her planning for ward rounds and disseminating reports to external partners, amidst all the crisis and pressure on meeting deadlines she maintains a smile & keeps going.
