Stephen the manager has been very supportive to the female staff at Oldbury supporting women’s health, or in other words supporting women’s changing health This can mean support for,period pain or conditions such as endometriosis always there to support staff and Oldbury and is there to support all staff with any on going health conditions

Karen is an amazing support worker she always trying to make the residents day better helping to stick to routine and encourages them to go on outside activities making them have a better day and encourage lots of arts and crafts and music, she works so hard and cares so much about what she does and is always there to help out with anything
We recently had a patient admitted who was non-verbal. Dave went above and beyond in providing support to this gent and built a really positive therapeutic relationship despite communication difficulties. He was also an amazing role model for the rest of the team, encouraging the team to adopt an alternative approach that was patient centred
I would like to thank Gbenga for his hardwork and support on a few difficult shifts that we worked together. Regardless of being short staffed he was resilient and worked well throughout the couple of shifts. He was supportive on my shifts and looked after both patients and staff without murmuring.
During the snowy period, the night staff team stayed till the afternoon the next day to ensure the service was safe. The night team had great energy, supported the residents until the day staff could get into work and played in the snow with the residents. Thanks team and keep up the good motivation!
