I recently supported Julie as a second staff on a holiday with a service user. Julie planned the holiday and the activities to meet the needs of the service user to ensure his holiday went smoothly and that it was person centred to meet his needs. Julie always puts the service users needs first and is passionate about her role.

Felly has established an incredibly strong relationship with a resident who shows particularly challenging behaviours. Felly worked consistently with this resident whilst he was in the hospital, never once complaining and allowing for this time to be alot easier for the resident as he had someone there that he likes and trusts to help him.
Khumbalani recently supported a resident to hospital who hasn’t successfully attended a hospital appointment for many years.
