Vicky has pushed beyond normal limits to achieve the correct package of care for an individual with particularly complex needs upon discharge. She continued to explore all options when others were stumped and has worked with the individual all the way.
Cath is always thinking of new fun ideas and events for the residents to participate in and goes above and beyond to make sure that everyone joins in and has a good time.

Kirstie is an excellent communicator with regards to the carers champion and the Triangle of Care between Cygnet and SUs family. Kirstie has taken ownership of this for the ward.

Nena has been a role model when it comes to her style of leadership and empowers her team. Nena recently, was bereaved despite all odds, she turned up to work at the least expected time for the smooth running of the ward.
Farzana is a relatively new MHSW and I am just in awe of her. She is Deaf, having faced massive communication barriers and is about to learn BSL for the first time in 10yrs. She has blended in her role beautifully and is a valued member of our team!
While supporting our young people in Education, Rachel is able to draw our quieter pupils out of their shells and help them express their likes and dislikes. This communication is crucial to help us create tailored work our young people will enjoy.
Nat works with young people who are very complex with chronic self harming behaviors and past trauma. Nat remains compassionate and supportive to the YP in crisis, her team, families, remains positive, is an asset to the team on Mulberry ward.
Karin did so much to support the Churchill team in the absence of the team lead. She brought new ideas, didn’t shy away from challenges, and supported many projects despite being super busy! Her hard work and support are really appreciated.
Pete recently took on the task of developing membership cards for our on-site gym. He went above and beyond by getting a graphic designer to digitalize patient artwork from the gym as part of the card’s design. Thanks for going the extra mile, Pete!
