Jon was the Phoenix School Exams Officer up until January this year when I took over the role. He has been incredibly helpful and supportive during the transition period – no question has been too small and I couldn’t have done it without him.
Lauren has been a huge support for not only me but all the team. Lauren is always there to give her 100% support. I know I can always turn to Lauren whether its a for a bit of advice or help with a meeting. Lauren is committed and a massive asset.
Faye has an extremely busy job but no matter how busy she is or no matter what is going on she always has a smile on her face, brings the fun and cracking jokes. Faye keeps morale high and is the glue that holds the team together. Well Done
Chloe always works incredibly hard to support the YP’s across our 3 CAMHS wards in and out of school. She has taken on extra roles to support her colleagues. She will do anything for anyone & makes a huge impact on the YPs & staff with her hard work.
Jessica is our hospital Admin, however covers so many areas in the hospital and helping every staff member that comes to her desk.
She is always so positive and wants to try and help everyone. She supports staff including managers. She’s a pleasure.
Claire has arranged a meeting wit deputy leader of the council to discuss activities/resources within Darlington as previously I’ve had to mainly resource activities outside of Darlington. claire has arranged this outside of her working hours.
Emma is a gem to work with. Multiple patients have expressed how much they enjoy spending time with her. Emma provides a calm and supportive environment for patients which helps them access their rehab therapies.
Andrew has had a really difficult time personally. He continues to come to work and be a supportive, caring and hard working colleague. Andrew is very valued by all!
Jehoshaphat joined our team as an international nurse, and has really thrown himself into learning all he can. He has been responsive to feedback, and proactive in developing his skills in a new environment. Lovely to see how his confidence has grown
Adele is a new member of staff at beckiy and she is progressing everyday within her job role she recently has been working with the residents which are more challenging, and has a very positive attitude and her confidence is growing every day.
Aimee has been a support worker for a relatively short time, she is now one of our senior support workers. She has overcome many hurdles in her own life but continues to support our service users with a fun, vibrant and empathic approach to care.
Claire is able to communicate with our service users in a really special person centred way. She has a special rapport with a non-communicative service user. Her makaton skills have really helped him and the rest of the team to communicate with him.
