The Outwood Night Team- We have had shifts consistently available due to being unable to recruit to them for a variety of reasons. Over the last year this team have worked so hard to ensure that the shifts are covered, they work together to ensure consistency for the residents as well as to support each other. Their hard work has meant that we very rarely run short and we always can meet the needs of the residents. They are a great team and a great support to the effective running of the service.

Eve has been a very positive individual and has been motivating colleagues during a difficult time at the Oaks supporting a colleague in tough times and being a positive role model and boosting morale in the team. Eve has been spreading positivity and continues to grow in her current role. Eve has been encouraging others to get involved in activities, with a great get up and go attitude.
Eve’s dedication and hard work hasn’t gone unnoticed, and her consistent efforts make a huge difference to the team. Eve is a valuable member to the team.
during an incident whereby a service user fell down the stairs and sustained a head injury Arron managed the situation extremely well, remaining calm, leading the scene & obtaining medical assistance. this event was traumatic for the individual and the staff. Arron ensured that everyone remained calm and the individual was supported to the hospital

The work in service can sometimes go on forever at night, but not while Mr. Idris is working. He usually approaches each task with concentration and a sense of humour, and he never gives up until he ensures that it is finished. Mr. Idris frequently eases his coworkers with funny jokes and enjoys bringing them along. Weldone Mr Idris.
