When Longfield faced staff shortages, Aashia stepped up. She worked hard to cover shifts, contacted on-call, and arranged team leader support. She even came in Saturday morning to help set up and guide the team. Her dedication and quick thinking were deeply appreciated.

Barry went out of his way to help the Home of pines, by visiting the football ground to get some tickets for our service user. He was out with a service user carrying affairs when I reached out for his help. He sprang into action,, waited in line for 25 minutes to get the tickets. He truly wears his heart on his sleeve.
Mum of a new resident, who is permanently moving into social care, is finding things a little difficult at times. Adeola has twice been shopping with her to buy specific food for her son to reassure and support her not to worry about the son’s dietary needs; however, this has been difficult with Mum’s anxieties.
Jack had put in extra effort and hours to get billing on before he took a well earned break. Then coming back to cover Head Office work for a week, whilst keeping on top of his own and simultaneously handling the managers queries in his absence. He was able to stop a scam request for funds. He is doing a fantastic job and is very appreciated.
She has been a constant for our challenging PD Ward; providing unrelenting to support to colleagues and service users in time of significant changes and various MDT changes Jin leads with compassion and resilience; despite the barriers faced she continues to show enthusiasm and desire to be a great leader and positive impact service users care.
