Leanne has supported me through a lot and has also helped me by team leading when i was unable to do so. She has gone out of her way to help me in this time in many aspects not just work related but with my mental health. She has shown massive amounts of empathy towards me and always has time to support me. Thank you Leanne Keep up the hard work 🙂
Leanne is a fab general nurse. She is always positive, upbeat, kind and sensitive towards others. She supports service users in understanding their physical health difficulties, and looking out for signs/symptoms of relevant women’s health concerns. She actively promotes physical health within our service users and staff team. Thank you Leanne!
Stephen the manager has been very supportive to the female staff at Oldbury supporting women’s health, or in other words supporting women’s changing health This can mean support for,period pain or conditions such as endometriosis always there to support staff and Oldbury and is there to support all staff with any on going health conditions

Karen is an amazing support worker she always trying to make the residents day better helping to stick to routine and encourages them to go on outside activities making them have a better day and encourage lots of arts and crafts and music, she works so hard and cares so much about what she does and is always there to help out with anything
We recently had a patient admitted who was non-verbal. Dave went above and beyond in providing support to this gent and built a really positive therapeutic relationship despite communication difficulties. He was also an amazing role model for the rest of the team, encouraging the team to adopt an alternative approach that was patient centred
