Marta is an incredibly hard working member of staff who always puts 100% into everything she does. A good example of this is when we were planning going smoke-free towards the end of last year and she was asked for input regarding conversations we could have with patients. Instead she made an entire booklet for it which was really helpful.

I would like to nominate Malcolm for his comfort & caring he showed me as I was having a ‘diabetic moment’ while on shift and Malcolm sat me down then rifled through my bag to find some chocolate or anything sweet, he stayed with me until I felt better before he would leave to continue with his A/C duties.
I really appreciate all your help Malcolm.

Jack came in to service on his day off to support an individual to hospital for the first time to be placed under general anaesthetic for dental treatment. Whilst supporting a resident out in the community to the local shop when the resident had seizure. Philip was very calm and made sure the resident was safe, did not cause injury to himself, timed the seizure correctly. Philip was outstanding!
