I contacted Lauren recently ask what the sickness process was – I had found it very difficult to understand. Lauren was so patient and explained it very clearly. Initially we communicated via email – I still didn’t understand and then she rang me to talk me through the process again. She was extremely patient and helpful. Star!
Laura is thee main man or should i say woman, not only is she there for the residents, she is there for the whole team, since coming to outwood, staff were unsure on how she would be or even handle the service, Laura has turned our service around and we cannot thank her enough for all she has done to improve the service.
Just want to say a massive thank you, because she is the best teammate i could possibly do the job with. We have had some really difficult days recently and i don’t think i would’ve coped if i didn’t have her by my side, she is extremely supportive and is great at supporting all her staff and myself, she is the true definition of staff support

Matt has such a tough job trying to keep everyone happy and everything working! He hears complaints and endless lists of things that need fixing or replacing and yet still has a smile and positive word for everyone. He has an excellent work ethic and sense of humour that keeps him and us all going when times are tough. We would be lost without him!
