Gary helped out in the kitchen last weekend (22nd and 23rd April), when we had no kitchen staff. He was able to run the kitchen and turn out good wholesome meals for our service users going above and beyond.
He decorated the dining room with lucky cats and played oriental music in the dining room. every service user seemed to enjoy.

In a recent physical health emergency in our unit Gail was fantastic – she quickly recognised the significance of the problem, summoning help effectively, monitoring and communicating with the emergency service and creating a calm and positive environment around the frightened patient.
