Aimee has supported a service user with autism to try new activities over the past year, leading to many personal milestones. Most recently, she helped them enjoy bowling for the first time—a joyful experience that reflects Aimee’s dedication, thoughtful planning, and positive engagement.
Ehi consistently shows passion and energy at Hawkstone, creating quizzes and music afternoons that get residents singing and smiling. Her ideas stem from strong rapport and insight, and her enthusiasm brings joy and meaningful engagement to everyone involved.
Kym has been incredibly supportive during a tough time in my life. She’s always available, goes above and beyond for staff, and makes everyone feel valued—often staying late just to check in. Though not my direct manager, her care and reassurance have meant the world. We’re lucky to have such a compassionate leader.
Jakub has been very supportive and has gone out of his help out on both days and Nights to cover staffing.

Even in her pregnant state she still comes to work support the resident, support the team lead, do paper work, Meds Recon, support staff all with a smile on her face. she is simply very hard working.
A medical emergency took place whilst he was in training. Ryan was responsive, quick thinking and remained with a calm demeanour throughout. Ryan’s actions made a real difference for the care which was provided. Ryan is a credit to our service.
Rachel hosted a fantastic sports day at Hope House, complete with fun games, relay races, and penalty shootouts. Her 118 guy costume was unforgettable, and even management got soaked in the stockade! She wrapped up the day with a surprise ice cream van—pure joy for staff and residents alike. Thanks, Rachel!
George is marvellous supporting the SLT and OT mixology group at Pines. He helps source resources, fetch items needed and helps to make sure residents are able to attend the group and get the most out of it. We’ve had some really good outcomes during this group. He made it easier for everyone and we really appreciate your support with this.
Caroline’s father sadly passed away the day before a planned holiday with her service user. Despite her grief, she chose to go ahead with the trip, honouring the time they spent planning and the service user’s excitement. Her selfless decision to put others first is deeply moving and admirable.
Mya is a dedicated OTA who goes above and beyond for the young people in our service. She’s observant, advocates strongly, and upholds high standards of care. Recently, she stepped up to cover ward OT duties with minimal support during extended leave. Her impact has been immense—thank you, Mya!
