Barry went out of his way to help the Home of pines, by visiting the football ground to get some tickets for our service user. He was out with a service user carrying affairs when I reached out for his help. He sprang into action,, waited in line for 25 minutes to get the tickets. He truly wears his heart on his sleeve.
I had received a very large CQC Information request, which had to be sent by email. and could not be processed through email. This task had to be processed by 5 pm and delays would have adverse repercussions. Mohamed spent 40 minutes of his time identifying and ensuring that the CQC was processed in time. He worked diligently and patiently.
Mum of a new resident, who is permanently moving into social care, is finding things a little difficult at times. Adeola has twice been shopping with her to buy specific food for her son to reassure and support her not to worry about the son’s dietary needs; however, this has been difficult with Mum’s anxieties.
