Awais is fantastic. When the ward was busy, he offered and completed 3 hours of combined 15 minutes and general level observations without complaint in order to ensure the ward ran smoothly.
He always offers to do additional roles and supports his colleagues by picking up any missed observations when staff are late getting back from other duties.

Shacaine is an extremely good support worker. When a resident is beginning to show signs of being anxious, Shacaine supports them by talking to them calmly which has results in them becoming settled and happy.
