Prasad came to Cygnet with a very different set of skills in relation to his role. Prasad has faced many challenges within his time and always continues to persevere and be resilient to anything he has experienced. His positive and caring attitude towards the patients has never waivered and he is always a friendly face to see on the unit.
A big shout out to Kelly, the heart and soul of Outwood. Her Vibrant energy and infectious positivity light up the atmosphere every time she’s around. Working alongside her on Christmas day was an absolute delight. Her efforts made the residents feel so special and truely enjoyed.
