
Happiness works very hard lately she has been the only nurse on the shift. She is a very good nurse and is a great leader , the HCAS feel very supported when we work with her. She is very passionate about her job.
The kitchen staff all work together and go above and beyond everyday. They carry out their roles plus support residents with baking and cooking. They support alongside organising amazing themed day events each month.
Heather is always there to support colleagues and do the best for her residents. This even continued when she had lots of challenges to face herself (exams, CPD audit and more) all happening at the same time, showing great strength and resilience.
Ruth is the most amazing hardworking manager. On Christmas day she tested positive for Covid along with a number of her team but Ruth was there for all her teams and worked from home all over Christmas even though she was poorly to support her teams
Since joining the team in Sept Emma has worked tireslessly to ensure that all her students are catered for academically. We don’t always get timely work sent through so she is aways busy researching and creating personalised resources for students.
Thomas is a new member of the staff team, Thomas has shown great flexibility the last few weeks as beacon has been going through a crisis due to covid, I would like to say a big thank you to Thomas and to keep up the great work.
Tanya has recently changed job roles from support worker to therapy co-ordinator and although new to the role has shown her passion to deliver person centred and meaningful activities that promote our patients well being and aid rehabilitation. Ace!
Sophie has been an inspirational Supervisor to myself and Head Occupational Therapist at Sherwood House. She always goes above and beyond to offer support and make sure that her team are well . Thank you Sophie, from the OT team. You are the best!
Sola is a very dedicated, experienced and kind leader. I am new to the job. He makes me feel welcome and part of the team. He explains the guidance, rules and tips of the ward. He also is very knowledgeable about care services.
Simi has worked above and beyond especially over the Christmas period, working creatively in offering fantastic groups for our service users and supporting the service during a time of staff absences. I could not be more grateful

Shelley is a lifesaver!! She is responsible for pulling together data for all of the key meetings across Cygnet. Shelley does this efficiently and always with flexibility, even when she is under immense pressure herself.
