I have seen how much Favour has grown into her job role to a point were now she is able to support one of our challenging service user that female staff don’t normally support due to how challenging service user is. She has done so well that sometimes she actually volunteer or is whiling to work with this service user.

Tessa did an amazing job not only supporting a resident that had to go to hospital but she also support me emotionally as it was a difficult for us all she is a credit to out wood and cygnet as a support worker. 17 years of service given by this queen of care still as enthusiastic as she was on day 1 of her career cleaned the whole unit miraculously during COVID and constantly creating new creative outputs for our service users who all love her. As do all the staff.

Gary is exceptionally positive. Some of his achievements are, been exceptionally positive to a confused service user who may be transgender. Gary has displayed a positive attitude with no prejudice.
