
Michelle recently lost her 13 year old son very suddenly at home. She has returned to work and is a very positive role model to her colleges.

Marzena has gone above and beyond for her team, throughout covid outbreaks. She has worked at other services and helped management out massively. She does everything with a smile on her face. She ensures the people we support receive the best care.
Lloyd goes above and beyond in ensuring that the Service Users at Lewisham Lodge have clean bed linen and clean clothes, working alongside my Housekeeping team ensuring personal hygiene is top of the list.

Leah is an AMAZING senior who will go beyond and above to support our service users.

Kirsty showed amazing resilience to score 100% on her CPR assessment during her EFAW course. Previously she delivered CPR on her mum, who sadly passed away.
Kirsty dug deep, and showed amazing skills in the face of a hugely traumatic event.
Management would like to recognise Jordon for a particular difficult incident within the community in which the service user put themselves and Jordon in danger. Jordon remained calm despite negative reactions of the public and the police presence.
Jordanna fights and strives for what she believes is right. She has fought so hard for the right provisions for a patient to seek justice. She puts her patients needs above her own and is determined to find the best out come possible. She is amazing!
She has been a massive support to our ward since not having a manager. Jin has stepped up to support the ward juggling her work load of CTL and manager role as well as being a massive support to staff and service users.
Emily has only been with us 2 months and she has shown her strengths already, taking on additional roles, showing she’s willing to learn and to work hard on her develop in Redlands. She has dealt with situations independently and confidently.
Dorothy has got to be one of the hardest working people I know. She regularly picks up short shifts on nights and frequently comes in a 6am or stays until midnight to make up the staff numbers. She is very caring to both our patients and staff.
Diogo has been working really hard with a service user and through his resilience to work with her even when it has been very challenging at times. He has gained her trust helping her to have successful community visits and enjoy a meal at KFC.
