
Sabina stepped into the TC role during a major staff transition. She took on a huge work load with a smile, often working 12+ hours per day. The patients love her and are more engaged than ever. She even makes time to collaborate on MDT projects.
Alexandra puts a personal touch on all her resources, ensuring they are personalised to the service users needs. She combines her knowledge and creativity to provide engaging and meaningful groups that are effective.

Really good communication when on boarding new staff, with regular updates even if there is no change to to the progress with paperwork. Always on the end of a phone/email for any queries, always there to listen and respectful when she talks to staff
Jordan arranged a comic relief fundraiser and came in on her day off for residents to have fun. Residents was laughing because staff have cream pie on their face. A resident was laughing due to the sensory need for cream on her face. It was fun for all.
Staff and parents are always commenting how brilliant Jodie is at engaging and finding people fun activities – she even makes the washing up fun! Residents always have a fun and productive day when supported by Jodie.
Tich has recently supported the team and the managers to overhaul our health and safety files and cupboards making it more streamline, easy to use and ensuring all the staff and residents have easy new systems to keep Outwood clean and safe!
Ayesha sent some lovely emails to parents, following them having to miss some visits. The parents were thrilled with the lovely pictures, engaging activities and lovely communication Ayesha extended to them about their daughter. Thanks Ayesha!
Ryan began his new role in a difficult time in the service. He used his skills as a safety intervention trainer to support the team with extra skills, helped with staff shortages and got stuck into his new role and with the team really quickly.
Gaynor supports our new starters so well; she’s so welcoming, and nothing is too much trouble – helping with everything from paperwork to where to make a cuppa, and all with a friendly attitude giving everyone a great start to there time with us!
Kiran wanted to lift the spirits of residents & organised a Indian event. Residents liked the inclusion of been part of her culture with traditional Indian food & henna on their hands. They are planning the next Indian event
During a period of covid sickness Josh stepped up and ensured that he covered all of his sessions and mine to continue to provide a battery of interventions tailored towards our service users recovery. His hard work went above and beyond.
