Since I started my role Sharon has been a fantastic support to myself. Offering to undertake tasks, support the residents with activities, giving some excellent ideas and being there to support me when needed.
Supported a resident to have a very successful appointment with a Doctor, the resident will usually be very anxious and refuse treatment. However Robert made him feel at great ease and Doctor left very positive feedback after recognising this too.
Laura has such a bubbly, fun personality and helps to lift others in times of struggle. Especially during a recent COVID outbreak at Outwood. Even when she was feeling under duress, she managed to steer the team in a positive upbeat manner!
Suzanne has recently joined to our shift code and she has done amazingly!! We have had some challenges on a ward level due to patient acuity and staff sickness but Suzanne just continues to give her 100000% and I would like this to be recognised

Leah will commit to doing long drives (sometimes working 15-16 hours in a day) to ensure our service users sees their families.
All of our ladies love Leah!!
