Faye goes above and beyond in ensuring that the Service Users at Lewisham Lodge have clean bed linen and clean clothes, working alongside my Housekeeping team ensuring personal hygiene is top of the list.
Lucy demonstrated an empathetic approach to an ex-service user when they presented themselves at our hospital seeking help. Lucy ensured all procedures were followed however, still provided an excellent level of care and empathy.
Following having a shortage of Team leaders at Site, Patricia has worked extremely hard to go above and beyond her role completing the duties of two team leaders on shift and always willing to go the extra mile.. all with a smile on her face 🙂
Jade has offered to come to Beacon House to support the service whilst having a shortage of team leaders. Jade got stuck straight in, had a positive attitude and also provided much needed support to the team leaders of Beacon. Great team work! 🙂
Sarah is always on hand to help her colleagues out. She regularly provides a listening ear and chocolate to help to lift the morale of the team. She has now started to bring her therapy dog in to work which has helped support staff and service users
Raluca has worked so hard in the service. Always volunteers herself to cook meals for staff and service users. Raluca is a fantastic person to have around, she radiates positivity and has a very good sense of humour. The best team leader ever!
Gayle is a dedicated, patient centered and passionate member of staff that has recently been nominated by the young people for her role in the QI project that seeks to reduce the number of restraints in the service. She is supportive and accessible.
Hannah was my preceptee when she started at Cygnet Bury in 2019 as a newly qualified nurse and was extremely shy. Hannah’s confidence has massively improved and she is now preparing to take on the role of Team Leader. This is so inspiring to see.
Beth held the psychology department in the absence of a head of department to a high standard. She has supported me in my transition into the role, and continues to support me in ensuring a high standard of care is delivery of care.
For organising and delivering a fun and well received Zumba lesson to help re-engage and encourage students to attend education, where all students were extremely happy and smiley. This gave students the chance to build social skills and confidence.
