Aisling has recently taken over the position of Head at Summit School. We’ve had a difficult few months with changing team and routines and Aisling has brought an air of positivty and inspiration for growth of amazing school.
Sophie has worked above and beyond by supporting in particularly difficult circumstances, managing staff and rotas and covering shifts. She has been liaising with other professionals to maintain safety within the services.
Chloe has worked exceptionally hard over the past few months. She has covered and worked additional shifts, supporting managers, also being on call. She has going above and beyond to keep the services safe.
I witnessed Karen doing arts and crafts with a service user. They was writing positive quotes to reassure negative thought processes with happy alternatives, cutting round them and gluing them up for people to read in the service.
Heather not only does her job to an amazing standard, she contributes and enables others to achieve their best. She never sits still and is constantly looking for the next task to complete. She always has a positive attitude and keeps moral high.
Kathleen has gone out of her way to develop a positive rapport with one of our patients who finds relationships difficult. She supports him every shifts by managing his personal care needs. She is a great advocate for him. Great work.
Andrea as gone above and beyond for a patient who has just lost his mum. She has been so supportive to him, taking him to visit mums grave and ensuring he was smartly dressed. Comforting him when he has been distressed.
Kathy is knowledgeable and willing to offer support to all to ensure smooth running of the service. She communicates with parents, ensuring they are updated about requests and answering questions promptly. A true role model and displays all values.
James got tickets for a football game. The patient and his father were able to attend facilitated by James. This was a huge achievement for the patient who is undergoing physical rehab. Patient was very proud as this was the first outing he has attended.
Terri has been a very supportive colleague throughout the past few weeks when I have been going through a lot, she has been empathetic even when managing a stressful work load. I am very thankful for her ongoing support.
I would like to thank Frankie who is one of our deputy’s for everything. She has been brilliant to everyone. She has been very supportive of me and always has an ear to listen, also supported me through my development and career progression within Cygnet.
Sharan has gotten involved in today’s education session. She worked 1-1 with a student who is very keen on colours and was able to keep his interest and enthusiasm going by remaining positive. She is caring and very positive member of staff.
