Cygnet Hospital Clifton

Cygnet Hospital Clifton is a 25 bed specialist low secure service for men with a personality disorder, who also present with complex mental health needs and challenging behaviours. The hospital is set out across two wards; Ancaria Ward is the admissions/ initial treatment ward, which offers a defined pathway through to Acorn Ward, which has a focus on rehabilitation, in preparation for moving on into the community or supported living.

Cygnet Grange

Cygnet Grange is an 8 bed Neuropsychiatric rehabilitation, care and treatment facility for those affected by acquired brain injuries. The service provides a safe and secure place to aid recovery as well as offering those diagnosed with a progressive neurological disease, like Huntington’s Disease, a caring and long term placement to support and help manage the progression of their symptoms. Our focus is to create a therapeutic rich environment which engages our service users and offers them the opportunity to minimise their challenging behaviour and maximise their independence.

Cygnet Manor

Cygnet Manor is a high dependency complex care service for men with learning disabilities, associated complex needs and who may have behaviours that challenge. Cygnet Manor is located in the heart of the community in Shirebrook, Nottinghamshire, just a short walk from an extensive array of local amenities including leisure centres, social clubs, shops, colleges and work placement settings.

Cygnet Sherwood House

Cygnet Sherwood House is a 30 bed specialist high support inpatient rehabilitation (level 2) service for men dedicated to providing a high quality environment for promoting long-term recovery. Our facilities and multi-disciplinary treatment programme are designed to assist individuals with their return to community living. Cygnet Sherwood House is located in Rainworth, Mansfield, Nottinghamshire with good local transport links to Mansfield, Nottingham, Derby and Sheffield. We have plenty of community facilities nearby and also lots of places of interest including Sherwood Forest, home of Robin Hood.

Cygnet Sherwood Lodge

At Cygnet Sherwood Lodge, we support 26 men with learning disabilities and associated complex needs who may also have behaviours that challenge. The service is located in the heart of the community just a short distance from an extensive array of local amenities including leisure centres, social clubs, shops and restaurants. We want the men in our care to make their own choices and live as independently as they are able to. To achieve this, our in-house Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) supports them with our learning disability model of care. This offers support from the nursing team, psychology, psychiatry, speech and language and occupational therapy.

Cygnet Hospital Sherwood

Cygnet Hospital Sherwood is our new state-of-the-art PICU and Acute hospital for men, in Nottinghamshire. We’re focused on length of stay and making sure individuals move as quickly and safely as possible from our services to the most appropriate and least restrictive environment for them. Individuals can step down through the pathways available within Cygnet services.

Broughton House

Broughton House is a 29 bed specialist residential service for adults with severe learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that challenge. We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective care environment for those in our care, promoting independence and community integration. Set in a beautiful rural location, the service has plenty of outdoor space for individuals to enjoy, including countryside walks that help support those who are anxious in crowded spaces.
