Cygnet Hospital Sheffield

Cygnet Hospital Sheffield offers a low secure service for women and CAMHS services for male and female adolescents over three distinct wards. Cygnet Hospital Sheffield is a purpose-built, therapeutic environment close to the city centre of Sheffield with a focus on supporting individuals to move along their care pathway towards independent living. Everyone has access to a range of social, therapeutic and activity spaces including classrooms, artrooms and gyms, teaching kitchens and gardens. It is a spacious and vibrant service providing positive and effective care with close links to local colleges and employers.

Sheffield Day Services

Sheffield Day Services specialises in supporting individuals with a primary diagnosis of a learning disability, in addition to those with complex health needs, physical disabilities and those with autism. We have a long history of enhancing the quality of life of the individuals who attend the service. Our services are led by three key disciplines: occupational therapy, physiotherapy and speech and language therapy. Our multidisciplinary approach allows us to develop a clear and focused activity plan that works towards maximising an individual’s potential and gaining the inputs as needed from the on site dedicated clinical team.

Cygnet Aspen Clinic

Cygnet Aspen Clinic is a specialist service for women with a diagnosis of personality disorder and associated complex needs. We provide assessment, stabilisation, treatment and rehabilitation for up to 16 women. Our service users may have complex trauma histories or have experienced regular placement breakdowns. At Cygnet Aspen Clinic we provide a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to care and treatment with a focus on recovery and co-production with service users.

Cygnet Aspen House is a 20 bed service specialising in high support inpatient rehabilitation (level 2) for women who have severe and enduring mental illness. The service has been designed to provide a safe and comfortable environment that promotes recovery for women with its focus on space, personal privacy and dignity.

Cygnet Pindar House

Cygnet Pindar House is our 22 bed Neuropsychiatric care and treatment service for men affected by acquired brain injuries. It is a safe and secure place to aid recovery as well as offering those diagnosed with a progressive neurological disease like Huntington’s Disease, a caring and longer term placement to support and help manage the progression of their symptoms. The service accepts unplanned, often urgent admissions where a service user requires a safe place to start treatment at the earliest possible time as well as planned admissions.
