Beeches is a 12 bed specialist residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities who may also present with behaviours that challenge. We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective care environment for those in our care, promoting independence and community integration. The home is located near the towns of Retford, Worksop, Mansfield and Lincoln, providing easy reach to local amenities. This allows residents to benefit from a full range of community activities, including attending functions at the community hall, walks in the countryside, as well as other local amenities.

Birches is a 6 bed specialist residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities, who may also present with behaviours that challenge. We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective care environment for those in our care, promoting independence and community integration. The home is located near to the bustling town and city centres of Newark, Lincoln, Grantham and Nottingham, providing easy reach to local amenities, including parks, pubs, restaurants and leisure facilities.

Elston House is an 8 bed specialist residential service for adults with autism and who may present with behaviours that challenge. We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective care environment for those in our care, promoting independence and community integration. The home is located in the small rural village of Elston, yet Lincoln, Newark and Nottingham are not far away. Elston House has extensive grounds that cover approximately five acres which includes an enclosed garden and managed woodlands.

Pines is a 7 bed specialist residential service for adults with autism and who may present with behaviours that challenge. We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective care environment for those in our care, promoting independence and community integration. Located down a quiet lane, just a 15 minute drive from the bustling town of Mansfield, the individuals we support have access to a large amount of community facilities and activities, including horse riding, swimming and visiting the library.

Cygnet Hospital Sherwood is our new state-of-the-art PICU and Acute hospital for men, in Nottinghamshire. Fern Ward, the hospital’s PICU for men is now open and accepting referrals.

Cygnet Sherwood House is a 30 bed specialist high support inpatient rehabilitation (level 2) service for men dedicated to providing a high quality environment for promoting long-term recovery. Our facilities and multi-disciplinary treatment programme are designed to assist individuals with their return to community living. Those placed with us often come from multiple placement breakdowns, failed treatment programmes or are stepping down from secure settings. Cygnet Sherwood House is located in Rainworth, Mansfield, Nottinghamshire with good local transport links to Mansfield, Nottingham, Derby and Sheffield. We have plenty of community facilities nearby and also lots of places of interest including Sherwood Forest, home of Robin Hood.

At Cygnet Sherwood Lodge, we support 26 men with learning disabilities and associated complex needs who may also have behaviours that challenge. The service is located in the heart of the community just a short distance from an extensive array of local amenities including leisure centres, social clubs, shops and restaurants.

Cygnet Maple House is our new 16 bed highly specialised service providing assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for women with personality disorder and complex needs. Cygnet Maple House is now open and accepting referrals.

Cygnet Manor is a high dependency complex care service for men with learning disabilities, associated complex needs and who may have behaviours that challenge. Cygnet Manor is located in the heart of the community in Shirebrook, Nottinghamshire, just a short walk from an extensive array of local amenities including leisure centres, social clubs, shops, colleges and work placement settings.

Long Eaton Day Services specialises in supporting individuals with a primary diagnosis of a learning disability, in addition to those with complex health needs, physical disabilities and those with autism. We have a long history of enhancing the quality of life of the individuals who attend the service.

Cygnet Lodge is an 8 bed Neuropsychiatric rehabilitation, care and treatment facility for those affected by acquired brain injuries. The service provides a safe and secure place to aid recovery as well as offering those diagnosed with a progressive neurological disease, like Huntington’s Disease, a caring and long term placement to support and help manage the progression of their symptoms.

Cygnet Grange is an 8 bed Neuropsychiatric rehabilitation, care and treatment facility for those affected by acquired brain injuries. Cygnet Storthfield House is a 22 bed specialist high support inpatient rehabilitation (level 2) service for men in Derbyshire. The service is dedicated to providing a high quality environment for promoting long-term recovery. Located in South Normanton, two miles away from the busy Alfreton town centre, service users have access to all of the local amenities to ensure full integration into community life. The facilities available include a gym, library, bowling, churches, and leisure centres, plus the usual shops, cafés, supermarkets and great public transport links.

Cygnet Views is a 10 bed high dependency complex care service for women with learning disabilities, associated complex needs and who may have behaviours that challenge. The service, which is set over three floors, is situated in the leafy suburb of Matlock with fantastic views of the 19th century landmark, Riber Castle. With great transport links, the team encourage and support the women to be part of the local community.

Toller Road is an 8 bed specialist residential service, supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, including those with mental health or physical health needs. We can also provide specialist nursing care, with support tailored to individual needs, promoting independence and community integration. Toller Road is in a quiet residential area in Leicester close to the city centre. The service is very close to local amenities with really good bus and rail links nearby.

Cygnet Acer Clinic is a 28 bed service providing assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for women with personality disorder and complex needs or acute mental health needs.

Broughton House is a 29 bed specialist residential service for adults with severe learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that challenge. We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective care environment for those in our care, promoting independence and community integration. Set in a beautiful rural location, the service has plenty of outdoor space for individuals to enjoy, including countryside walks that help support those who are anxious in crowded spaces.
