Cygnet Hospital Sheffield:
Cygnet Hospital Sheffield offers general adolescent and intensive support CAMHS services for male and female adolescents over three distinct wards.
Job Summary:
- To hold a caseload at site, managing all social care requirements for your allocated service users
- To work in collaboration with other members of the Multi-Disciplinary team and other associated community professionals to deliver a comprehensive and joined up plan for treatment and support of all service users, including services users who
- To assist and support social work assistants with managerial and clinical supervision
- To ensure continued registration as a Social Worker under Social Work England – ensuring continuous practise development and ensuring all relevant fees are paid

A Registered Social Worker with Social Work England

A relevant Social Work qualification
-
Experienced in working within a mental health setting, or passionate about working in this field

Knowledgeable of safeguarding, health & safety, data protection, confidentiality issues & equality & diversity

An excellent communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills
-
Able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
-
Skilled in report writing with excellent literacy skills and attention to detail
