We are looking for an experienced instructor to join the Learning & Development team.

You will be required to deliver Physical Interventions training throughout the London & Kent region to a range of staff in a variety of different services.

You will need

  • Minimum two years clinical experience involving the use of restrictive physical interventions.

  • To be a qualified Physical Intervention Instructor able to deliver West London NHS Restraint Reduction Pathway (known as PMVA)

  • Ideally to be a level 1 instructor

  • To be familiar with the Restraint Reduction Network Training Standards

  • To have experience in leading and delivering physical interventions training programmes.

You are/will have…

  • Relevant instructor qualification

  • Relevant experience in a training/teaching environment

  • Hold professional qualifications in relevant subject areas

  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills

  • Must hold a full driving licence and have access to own vehicle.
