Jayne identified that a resident at Kirkside House had an error in their finances which was affecting their ability to access funds. Jayne worked relentlessly over weeks, consistently chasing those responsible to rectify the issue, showing amazing teamwork and dedication. Thanks Jayne.
Jade is the day team leader and when I get into work for my night shift she always asks how I have been, and just listens if that’s what I need. After a very hard year coming into work to her smiley face and genuine concern makes it a little easier to get through my shift even on harder days. Thank you, you lovely human being
During a time of need, due to staff shortages another senior came to help from another local Cygnet site. Having never given medication at Kirkside before he was apprehensive as some of our resident have specialised diets and needs. Dotty was extremely supportive towards the senior who was helping and worked very hard to help him throughout the shift!
We had a new resident moving in and needed their room repainting quickly. Dom came all the way over to us at the last minute, was so smiley and positive and has done an amazing job. The new resident is so pleased and Dom was a joy to work with!

Brittany has been amazing while working on the new Acute service at Cygnet Bury, supporting patients brilliantly and going above and beyond her role by supporting the staff adapting to night shifts, as she is a regular on them, and making sure we all have fun despite our tiredness! Never fail to laugh when she is on shift.
