Allan has worked for Cygnet Bury for the last 15 years, during this time he has shown nothing but compassion and dedication to his role and the hospital always going that extra mile.
Allan is the first and last person you see and he always goes above and beyond to help others and greets people with a smile and respect they deserve.
Sharon not only does her job to a very high standard, she also contributes and helps others to do the best job within their roles. She never sits still and is always looking for what to do next. Sharon has such a positive attitude and staff moral is high when she is on shift. Nothing is too much trouble and she is such an asset to the whole team.
Gemma has planned, implemented a resident holiday for a resident at Birches. The resident spent an extremely successful 4 days on holiday with Gemma, another member of staff and a family member for the first time in many years. The managers of the service are extremely grateful for her hard work and dedication
Julie hasn’t been with the service long and has settled in very quickly and worked so hard for all the residents always putting them at the heart of everything, also supporting all the staff. She always has so much to do but does it all with a smile and calm attitude which is very infectious to all around her. Great addition to the house.
Cleo comes into every shift with a positive vibe and makes every shift fun for each service user! She has a bubbly personality and this reflect on her support she gives everyday. Cleo has built up strong relationships with the service users in our care and ensures their needs are met daily!
Mia provided me with a really robust induction itinerary when I joined Cygnet in August. She has constantly been a source of support and guidance in my first few weeks. Thank you, Mia.
Edgar is one of our team of housekeepers at Tupwood. He is always cheerful and friendly. He works very hard to maintain the high cleaning standards at Tupwood, the importance of which can often be overlooked. He provides support to all of our residents and staff, nothing is too much trouble for him.
Hannah is a fantastic member of the team, always thoughtful and passionate, working hard to ensure that service users receive the best possible quality of care. She is positive in team meetings, bringing new ideas to the team so as to develop great new initiative to the services. She deserves recognition for all that she brings.

Dianna our Head of Care, has been so supportive to myself , when parts of my personal life were falling apart , she is there to support to help. She helped to get training that I need, she is always there to give all staff a helping hand. She gives support to our service users and all staff when and however often it is needed she is the back bone of our unit.
One of the service users had not been able to see his parents for a few weeks which was difficult for the service user and the family. Gavin painted a picture of the service user and gave it to the family so that they could have something to remind them of him when they aren’t able to visit, family were blown away by his work and generosity
