Slavka has been a fantastic asset to Gledholt, always working hard and preparing lovely food. She is also a fantastic baker. Slavka always works hard but has worked her socks off, over the past few months, being the only chef at the unit and picking up many shifts. She has also been great showing the new cook the ropes. Chloe entered the great cygnet cake of for those at Becky, making sure to involve all residents. Chloe made sure all the food for over Christmas was bought after a problem with the food delivery. Chloe cooked the dinner for all 11 residents and 13 staff by her self along side supporting a resident that day. Chloe made sure everyone had a lovely day

Laura continues to go above and beyond for patients on Knightstone Ward, demonstrating this at Christmas by buying all of the patients individualised gifts from the hospital. This made such a difference to the girls who were unable to make it home for Christmas this year and they asked that Laura be recognised for her kindness and thoughtfulness.

Sharlina is a night staff member – she is very pro active and passionate about all our residents care. Sharlina ensures that activities do not stop at 8pm and brings in new ideas and equipment etc on her night shifts to ensure all residents remain occupied and engaged in the evenings. This has helped reduce the number of incidents on nights.
