Joanne has arranged numerous events held within the units ranging from Im a celebrity, St Patrick’s day, Day at the races etc. These have been 100% attended by all our ladies who really got in to the day by dressing for the occasions. This is over and above her job role.

Shelby started her career at Cygnet as a support worker, qualifying as a nurse in January 2023 recently passing her preceptorship and she is smashing it. She has turned into an amazing nurse who has good boundaries, cracking communication skills, works incredibly hard to ensure her work is done and already supports the team amazingly. Well done!

We have recently had a change over of new staff and the allocations have been difficult to rotate due to new starters gaining experience. Alex volunteered himself to go with one of the challenging service users multiple times. Alex always brings positive morale and is willing to put himself forward for the company.

Deanna works on the ward as a SMHSW, as well as being a part time trainer for SI. Deanna will ensure she has the time and flexibility to train others and is often asked to work within the training department last minute alongside her full time role to ensure that all staff are receiving the standard of training they deserve.
