Annah is an inspiration in the way she supports new staff members. Always keen to ensure the right support is given to residents and in the right attitude at Gledholt Mews. She has ways of simplifying difficult situation, and she is a good influence at Gledhoth. She deserves to be recognised for her efforts.

Vicky has recently shown great resilience in her character. She has successfully deescalated a challenging incident using least restrictive practices achieving a positive outcome for the individual in her care. We are very proud of how far Vicky has come. Her hard work and resilience is paying off.
Kristie is a true grafter. She does not think twice about getting the job done. She just gets in there to ensure the task is completed.
She is the team member who will help any out and if there is work outstanding, she is always the first one to ensure that it is completed.
She is committed to the service and the residents she supports day to day.
Since Gloria has arrived at Godden Green, she has shown passion in her role with not only her own staff but noticeably with maintaining service users individual care least restrictive to fulfil the best for their recovery whilst giving the staff great comfort to grow in their positions and making the ward a much happier place to work.
Charlie had a difficult time with one of the service users. However, she was very compassionate towards the individual and contributed towards the therapeutic relationship being repaired. She even came in on her day off as the patient had asked to go bowling with her; showing compassion and resilience.
Following an excellent feedback from a service user who said that he has an infectious and warm personality and we need to hire more people like Jason, they also said that he is a ‘diamond’.
Sophie has worked hard on summer activities, arranging beach parties, BBQ’s a monthly social club for her own service and the neighbouring services which has increased all residents social integration. The residents absolutely love all the activities and fun.
Jo has shown an outstanding ability and knowledge with regards to supporting a new complex resident to settle in a new placement, while working on least restrictive practice and striving towards the resident achieving independence goals and choices. The resident has grown to trust and rely on Jo’s consistent and caring approach. Well done Joanne!
Muis came to us as a preceptor nurse. Since starting with us he has gone from strength to strength. Taking a lead in clinical discussions, being supportive to his team, leading the shift effectively and being welcoming and informative to our student nurses. He is always willing to learn and take on tasks and completes to the best of his ability.
I would to like for Rajin to receive this award as he helped me to move around some bedroom future as I have a torn ligament in my knee & as he saw that I was in pain he just got up & came to the bedroom which needed a deep clean.
He is so good with the resident & he never says no if you ask for help. He always has a smile no matter what & he works hard all the time.
I have recently been helping out a Service which is going through a very busy, difficult period. All the staff have been welcoming. Sobbia, however, has really stood out as going above an beyond in her support. Firstly, she went on with a service user on a holiday which was booked with one days notice. Secondly, she has been very helpful with complex meds rounds
