Paige has been at Oakhurst for 7 years and has been Team leader for 2 years, Paige has been a huge support to myself and her team. Paige works incredibly hard and constantly puts residents needs ahead of her own, even in her own time and days off Paige is constantly thinking of her residents, and takes on extras to help others.
Recently Menace came over to help support Conifers, during a kitchen inspection. Menace provided indispensable help and support to staff team. Menace shared her knowledge and her clear passion for her work with the team over here, and we absolutely could not have done this without her guidance and hard work.
Diane has been a strong member of the team and has demonstrated the spirit of teamwork whenever called upon. she has also been proactive in helping newly recruited staff to get onboard and helping develop skills to the highest standards. i feel she deserves some recognition for her selflessness.
Rachael is a great support to Beacon House providing feedback and guidance with HR processes when needed. She always supports with audits and actions needed to continue to improve our service despite covering numerous services within the patch. Rachael’s support does not go unnoticed and is a massively appreciated – Thank you!!
Dee supports everyone, from a new starter to a delivery driver she is on the ball. she is helpful, kind and approachable and also fantastic with all the residents. a helping hand is never far away when Dee is lurking around. A credit to the company and a pleasure to work with her A+
The Pines mini bus sprung a flat tyre and this was putting my planned trip for a resident to attend new years day church service at southwell minster in jeopardy. Lloyd the senior of cherry tree offered the use of his homes van as he recognised the importance of religious practice and was extremely flexible and easy going and showed real care.
I contacted Lauren recently ask what the sickness process was – I had found it very difficult to understand. Lauren was so patient and explained it very clearly. Initially we communicated via email – I still didn’t understand and then she rang me to talk me through the process again. She was extremely patient and helpful. Star!
Laura is thee main man or should i say woman, not only is she there for the residents, she is there for the whole team, since coming to outwood, staff were unsure on how she would be or even handle the service, Laura has turned our service around and we cannot thank her enough for all she has done to improve the service.
Just want to say a massive thank you, because she is the best teammate i could possibly do the job with. We have had some really difficult days recently and i don’t think i would’ve coped if i didn’t have her by my side, she is extremely supportive and is great at supporting all her staff and myself, she is the true definition of staff support
Richard is an integral part of the Acorn ward team. He supports the ward on a daily basis and his calming presence helps to make both staff and service users feel safe even in times of disruption. Richard is a fantastic member of the team who helps everyone around him to build on their resilience by following in his example.
Gemma is managing a team of approx 30 to 40 staff and 8 service users. She is approachable and remains calm when demands are put on her time by the staff and service users, She does all this with a smile on her face. You can tell she really cares and wants the best for everyone.
Matt has such a tough job trying to keep everyone happy and everything working! He hears complaints and endless lists of things that need fixing or replacing and yet still has a smile and positive word for everyone. He has an excellent work ethic and sense of humour that keeps him and us all going when times are tough. We would be lost without him!
