Hannah bring comfort to the shift, she is friendly, cheerful and jolly and really bring a soothing atmosphere to the pines, when you see her car in the car park you feel at ease knowing there wont be any bickering but a great atmosphere, she leads a steady ship. she has a old head on young shoulders and she uses that to deliver her joyful goods.

Marcin has made himself available at very short notice and has swapped between dayshift and nightshift with very little rest days and given up on his own personal plans to support our individuals.

I have been having some personnel problems which has been affecting me deeply.
