Deanna works on the ward as a SMHSW, as well as being a part time trainer for SI. VH supported a service user who was admitted into hospital. VH & her colleagues supported the service user throughout the duration of their admittance. Nicole had been part of reflective listening training and was witnessed putting the skills she had gained into practice. A patient was distressed and upset regarding a situation and Nicole made them feel heard and listened to, you could visibly see the patient relax and feel her views and voice was important and being heard.
