After requesting another meal for a patient who did not like the food being served, Ben was extremely understanding and did not question this at all. Despite dinner already having been served, he went out of his way to ask what the patient would like and delivered it speedily to the ward with a smile. I only met Amanda twice. When I explained my allergies on the 1st occasion, she literately went above and beyond to ensure I had food that’s safe. A month at an event which Amanda was catering for, she knew I would be there, without me asking her, she made me a separate meal that was safe and handed it to me. Beautiful human.
Jayne showed a true character by coming through for our service during the period we were booking a trip for our service user for the first time. We had tons of questions. Jayne stepped out of her way to ensure we got everything needed at the expense of her time, taking us through the process until we realized our objective. She is a true Cygnet hero.
