I have had a very busy few weeks and asked Jade and another ATL to help with a large piece of work collecting staff information to upload digitally.
Jade set up a tick sheet and got the information back to me within 48hrs. This has made my week. Her continual support and helpful nature has been so appreciated and I would like for her to benefit from this.

After a large staff turn around and a relatively new team, as a result, Tony continues to provide the older members of the staff team, new members and the Service Users with the best support that can be provided. This, along with the usual demands on a registered manager, have meant that without his resilience, we would have really struggled.
