Sue has continued to offer these individuals support and has gone above and beyond to try and stabilise them e.g. by picking up extra shifts and staying late. Jade has welcomed me warmly into Cygnet. She has always been patient, answering all my questions and showed me new effective ways of working. She has been professional but also approachable in her leadership. Thank you for all that you’ve taught me, for the hours of hard work you’ve invested into my induction and for your kindness.
