I would like to thank Jeff for being such a supportive and understanding manager. Jeff has taken time out to provide extra support to myself and my colleagues with some new documentations we were struggling with. This we greatly appreciate and this has made me feel more confident in doing my job better.

Andrew has been a great source of support for the whole team. Not only has he stepped up to take on more responsibility in the absence of our team leader, he has gone the extra mile for service users.
I received a compliment from a service user to tell me how much of a difference he had made to them in their time of need.

Kelly was our only driver this weekend and was allocated a complex outing with one of our residents. The situation became overwhelming at times but she remained resilient and calm. She always puts the needs and safety of our residents first. She created a new back up plan instantly so our resident didn’t miss out on a trip out. Thank you Kelly.

Sasha has gone above and beyond in her support of a new resident who has recently been struggling. Sasha has opted to complete most of this gentleman’s observations to ensure that she is a continuing calming presence for him, in what have been some very challenging times for the service user and others. Sasha has been unobtrusive and is passionate.

Georgia got stuck in straight away and was a great team player. Her passion and care for our residents is incredible. She is always on hand to support where she can. Thank you Georgia.

For his commitment to a resident in our care, this particular resident has not taken a liking to George since they have been at pines but George continues to try to pursue a positive relationship with this resident and constantly takes him out on activities to ensure the resident lives his life to the best he can.

Ivor has been communicating with the fleet team to ensure that the service vehicle is in safe condition. Ivor has been in contact with them due to the tires needing replacement and the side step so that the individuals in our care would have a safe journey to visit families and be out in the community.
Ivor has proved communication goes a long way!
