Kevin has a listening ear. He takes his time to listen to me and many other staff. He respects our opinions and allows us to come up with our own conclusions. He has stood up for the minority at his own detriment!
He has helped me with my mental wellbeing, reducing stress, which has resulted in me being very productive at work.
He is our unsung HERO!

She motivates them both to be more independent and includes them in day to day tasks. She had helped a resident through the death of his mother and encourages him to do more and inspires him.
