Brett has only been with the Data & Analytics Team for a few months but his wide knowledge of Cygnet, his passion for data, and his exceptionally hard work have already enabled the team to work more efficiently. He always does what he says he will and often quicker than he says he will too! Every piece of work Brett produces is of top quality.
Lee has been seconded to help with onboarding of Maple House but he has done much more than that. From onboarding and being the friendly voice at the end of a phone for the new starters to arranging induction, drivers, transport, venues, training new employees and cake baking! His flexibility to the role has really shone through. Thank you Lee!
Nicole has been a pillar of strength for our CAMHS psychology team at Bury. She is highly supportive & makes herself available when the team requires extra support. She is very helpful and makes sure that people in the team are alright. Recently I contracted an infection & wasn’t feeling well, she shared the work load and helped me sort out things.
Wayne has gone above and beyond over the last 4 months organising a football tournament for service users across the whole of Cygnet. 8 Cygnet sites attended the event and Wayne was involved in contacting sites to take part, sorting out the venue and was a key part of the event running so smoothly on the day.
Jayne recently helped train lots of new admins for Community care. Jayne made her own training sheets which stated step by step instructions to guide our new admins easily around our systems. Thanks for all your Support Jayne 🙂
Swaib is a driver at Hawkstone House and his day is often spent driving and taking our service users to activities and appointments. Swaib swaps and changes at a moments notice to ensure our service users have a great day. Thank you Swaib 🙂
Dishna is truly an asset to Gledholt. The hard work & dedication she puts into helping others day in day out never goes unnoticed. Dishna is an amazing advocate for residents and will always ensure they are getting the level of care they deserve. She is also a great colleague who is there for a debrief and to raise your spirits whenever you need.
Tanya and her team epitomize what it means to be a good listener and communicator. She took the time to help the service go through the rigors of documentation and financial implications involved in organizing a service users trip outside the country. They were always there until the plan was realized. Service user and staff are grateful to them.
Nathan is medication trained and kindly offered to change his shift to later start throughout the day so he could stay behind and help me complete the medication change over from a new pharmacy. Nathan also drove to different pharmacies to source an emergency script and stayed until 23:15 to ensure it was all correct. Your support is appreciated.
Leonie consistently demonstrates empathy and this has made a huge impact on individuals recovery journey. Leonie recently supported a service user through showing kindness and empathy about a theatre show that was of great meaning to her. Leonie went above and beyond and the smile, motivation and HOPE that this resulted in was incredible.
