After requesting another meal for a patient who did not like the food being served, Ben was extremely understanding and did not question this at all. Despite dinner already having been served, he went out of his way to ask what the patient would like and delivered it speedily to the ward with a smile. The patient was so thankful as it made her day.
Julie recently transferred from the Beeches to the HR Team. She has not only took on a new role but she has continued to support the Beeches, train new administrators and pick up the payroll for our newest service Maple House always with a smile on her face. Thank you Julie!
I only met Amanda twice. When I explained my allergies on the 1st occasion, she literately went above and beyond to ensure I had food that’s safe. A month at an event which Amanda was catering for, she knew I would be there, without me asking her, she made me a separate meal that was safe and handed it to me. Beautiful human.
Jayne showed a true character by coming through for our service during the period we were booking a trip for our service user for the first time. We had tons of questions. Jayne stepped out of her way to ensure we got everything needed at the expense of her time, taking us through the process until we realized our objective. She is a true Cygnet hero.
Janet works on the opposite team to myself but recently she picked up on my team and i was very impressed on how she went about her daily tasks. Janet is an incredibly helpful in her role with both staff and service users. Janet ensures that all her tasks are completed before the end of her shift.
Amanda has been a great asset to the OT and Griffin ward Team. Amanda brings nothing but positive vibes and fun to the ward keeping all our YPs and staff in high spirits. Amanda always goes above and beyond with the work and the groups which she does on ward. Amanda is shows creativity and passion in the work that she does.
Linda plays a pivotal role in the smooth running of the hospital. She is an unsung hero who works tirelessly behind the scenes working in multiples roles. Linda is passionate about compliance and ensuring that patients are provided with the best possible care. She supports the whole team regardless of role, and is always willing to support.
Olivia has been fantastic at making people feel welcome and has been sharing her knowledge of the service users to the new starters. She is always ensuring the best for the service users and works around their complexities to ensure they are well fed, happy within service, and treats them all with respect whilst also empowering their independence.
Nolan was selected as part of a core team for a new resident. Nolan worked with this resident and supported them to settle into the new environment and routine. His dedication and commitment to ensuring they are happy and settled has been second to none.
Ayaaz will always help with any problem no matter what it is. Ayaaz comes to site regularly to help out and will always help with any problem we have when he is here even if that isn’t what he has originally come for. We think Ayaaz is amazing and cannot help enough!
Sonia along with a colleague received positive praise via a member of the public whilst supporting a service user 2:1. The public member contacted us and advised that they were elated to see Sonia and her colleague showing patience, kindness and quality care to one of our service users. Sonia’s hard work represents the service/company positively.
Bex has been very supportive and helped me in the creation of my training package for staff at her site. Although I do not work on the same site as her, she has been available to answer any of my queries and offered advice and guidance. Even though her workload is extremely high, she hasn’t made me feel like a burden. Thank you, Bex!
