Agnes is known to be very organised, and there is a lot to do everyday! Whenever we ask her for assistance, she’s there in a flash. I was struggling to complete someone’s personal care and was pressed for time, but once she arrived, it felt like a ton of bricks were taken off my shoulders. I took on the very useful advice she gave me afterwards.

Ambre helped me with issues I was getting with photoshop. She helped me in understanding the issue and trying to guid me on how to correct it. As it wasn’t working for me Ambre did all the certificates for me without me even asking. Thank you so much for your help and guiding me to get the software to work.

Taiba, Daniela, Maddison, Momina and Tanesha helped with supporting a resident during a crisis situation at Gotts Park. This was quite new to the team as he has only recently moved into Gotts Park, the team worked together and showed resilience and their safety intervention skills to provide emotional support and embracing the Cygnet Core Values.

Hannah has gone above and beyond her role here at supported living, she has helped a member of the public who unfortunately became injured and had stayed past her shift times to help out. In a public pool when someone had a seizure, Hannah acted fast and calm, this made it easier for all tenants present in both situations. She deserves recognition.

Mark is part of a core team working with one of our residents, Mark is a big advocate for this resident being more physically active and undertaking daily exercise. Mark advocated for daily walks, role modelled this with new team members and continues to push this each day. As a result this resident has lost weight and is much healthier!
We received a lovely compliment from health professionals about how Mae interacted with one of our residents while out in the community. She was positively engaging, kind and able to bring out a calm side for the resident in an environment which can trigger anxiety at times. Well done Mae, thank you from all at Gotts Park!
