Libby volunteered to do the balloon decor for our xmas Bradford services party. She came in extra early to ensure they were perfect & and even got our residents involved setting them up! Libby did an amazing & professional job. Our residents had so much fun & each took a personalised balloon centrepiece home to their service!
Ryan brings fun and energy to every shift he works .He organises street parties and quizzes for all the residents. Ryan goes above and beyond for the quizzes including dressing up as spiderman and soon to be Willy Wonka!! The residents love being around Ryan and his high energy levels
Neil goes above and beyond for patients and staff at The Grange. He is flexible and willing to do anything asked of him, and even that which is not asked or expected of him. Neil will even help out when on annual leave and support a patient with transport for their fortnightly home leave. His hard work and support is very much appreciated by all.
She stepped up to cover the role has P.A and did a excellent job covering, whilst the process of getting a new P.A was sorted . And she has carried on helping the new lady whilst covering her own role
Pip has actively supported our international nurse on the ward. She has provided high level commitment to her learning however recently has gone above and beyond with her compassion. Pip has gone out of her way to provide transport to her and taken her to social events, this has had a significant impact of her mental health and she is very selfless
Shortly after I started at Cygnet a year ago, I found out that my Mum is seriously ill with stage 4 cancer that we thought had been cured. Rebecca has been so understanding, kind and supportive. I know that I can go to her if I am having a bad day, she is really empathetic and caring and I consider myself fortunate to have her as my manager.
David has been a rock helping a service user discuss his feelings towards becoming transgender he has been compassionate caring and respectful and has had broader discussions regarding black history month and lgbtq+ awareness understanding of all cultures and helping out service users and staff who may be confused or afraid to talk out.

Dee is the SRG representative and what a fine job she does, banging the drum and speaking up the concerns. she communicates between staff and management and is not afraid to stick her neck out. She does a great job and really represents the masses, shes the iron lady of the home.
Meenakshi has supported with us with the new set up of My Pay Review and has communicated throughout the process from A-Z. Meenakshi had all the time for us whenever we queried about something and always got back to us at the soonest possible time when we couldn’t get hold of her. Without Meenakshi’s great communication we would have been stuck!
Shazmin is a positive and hardworking member of staff who advocates for our Muslim resident ensuring all provisions provided for him are Halal and teaching other members of staff about the importance of following a halal diet and different religious festivals, ensuring Langdale is inclusive as possible.
During a time where I’ve had some bad news about my health Jodie has been upstanding and supportive a good manager and is there for her staff being flexible and understanding
Chinenye has supported a resident who has been very emotional at times after leaving her previous home. Chinenye has become a pillar of support for her, positively engaging and supporting the resident to form new relationships with staff. The resident now feels so comfortable and constantly compliments the support she receives from Chinenye.
