Gracie, Angel and Angie supported a resident during a crisis situation. A resident was laying in a road and then threw her clothes into a river and attempted to dive in. The team responded well to this situation and de-escalated her, giving her their coats and protecting her dignity and preventing her from going into the river. Great work team!
Dr Diana (RC) has recently joined the team at SL and we are in a particularly difficult season with patient’s risk presentations. Diana has attended a number of difficult meetings, and been under a lot of scrutiny due to a particular patient. Diana has showed resilience throughout this time, particularly so when she’s only recently qualified.

Although there were issues throughout the morning connecting the equipment, Jay remained calm, rang his friend for advise & managed to sort this out just in time. Jay played the personalised playlist he had created for us with a smile on his face!
