
Frankie goes above and beyond to make sure all her patients and staff members feel supported individually. She comes in at 6 am to individually speak with the night team to make sure everyone is okay. If Frankie is ever needed for a talk she makes herself available. On her days off she phones the ward to make sure everyone is okay. Amazing Human.

Mo had supported an individual on holiday recently. Lots of activities were planned that were outside of the individuals usual routine. The individual took part in everything and did really well all week which shows how much trust he put in the staff supporting him. They went shopping, had a meal in a busy restaurant and had a boat trip on Loch Lomand.
A resident from a different service to where Stephen works (CB at Conifers) was due to go on her first ever holiday and the member of staff who was due to drive her unfortunately was unable to attend work that day. Stephen from Long Eaton Day Services who is a driver stepped in and took CB so that she did not miss this opportunity to go on holiday
Matthew supported one of the Resident to go through his procedures at the General hospital. The residents was nervous .Matthew provided verbal re assurance & support to the resident that everything will be fine. Resident appeared re assured by Matthew. Matthew stayed in the hospital all day with the resident until the procedure is completed.
Gareth supported the service users at Thornfield House on a day trip out to flamingo land to celebrate one of the residents birthdays. The service user enjoyed having his house mates with him and staff celebrating his birthday. he also stayed be hide to support the residents to complete there night routine.
Kathleen has been working hard in various sites, supporting the services with recruitment, staff training and arranging induction. Always ready to help and train other admins in spite her busy schedule. She also stays beyond her normal hours to support the site when they are struggling with various admin tasks.
Iffy Dada cooked some Jollof Rice at home and shared his culture with the staff and residents at Gotts Park. It was great to learn about the dish and his culture and everyone enjoyed it, thanks for empowering the residents at Gotts Park through food and taste.

Lewis is new to the team at Oakhurst Lodge and has shown good knowledge and understanding of the individuals we support. during this time Lewis has been involved in some low level incidents as one individual has been finding the build up to a big event challenging. Lewis has shown great resistance during these incidents and remained positive through.
Bukola has worked really hard with a new individual at the hospital- this gentleman has struggled with showering for over a year and with her compassion and strength she has managed to encourage him to have a hair cut, wash his feet, hands and face. This is massive progress and only been possible because of her empathetic approach in supporting him
Benny went above and beyond to cater for our regional OT meeting which was hosted at Ealing. He put in such amazing effort and ensured that our visitors were so well looked after.
