Nathan has been a team player and shown great commitment to his role as a support worker. He has eased the hardship on another service by ensuring they have enough staff and even shared his knowledge accordingly.
Fortune is consistently hard working. Every day she arrives on shift and ensures all residents needs are met, her cleaning is always to the highest standard and her support is outstanding and adaptable to every resident. She also picks up many extra shifts to support the service. Thank you Fortune for your consistent hard work.

Amy has been the only senior on her team for the last few weeks. She has been really flexible changing her shift times and agreeing to all the team lead shifts at very short notice. Prior to this she had also happily agreed to team lead at another service and support them for a week. All of this flexibility whilst remaining positive throughout.
Nick deserves a nomination for the empathy he has shown to his team recently. A member of the team is pregnant and he has consistently shown his support ensuring that she feels well and that she has regular breaks and rest where needed. It is really heart warming to observe.
The level of empathy and compassion she shows for the patients, their relatives and the staff team should be commended. When making decisions on the ward she listens to all perspectives and considers the impact upon the individual and recognises the importance of the patient having a voice and feeling heard and respected.
Libby went above and beyond recently to help me with the planning for the National SRG Meeting – she helped with the room booking, lunch, refreshments, welcoming attendees etc. I really appreciate her support. As well as this, she was really friendly, with a big welcoming smile when you arrive at Millbank.
Omotanwa was kind enough to offer help when I was in need of it. I was covering thread residents in a night and I had to be in 2/3 of the flats at the same time as the residents required support. Omotanwa saw that I was stressed and didn’t know what to do and was quick to offer her help in that time as she was available to do so. Very appreciative.
Olusanya is really passionate about his job, every shift he has a smile on his face and his demeanour oozes positivity. He is always willing to help and goes above and beyond for the service users and the service itself. He will help with tasks outside of his role without a 2nd thought e.g. clearing the sink pipe with housekeeper. Thank you Olusanya
Katie has been very supportive to me before, during and after my long period of sickness and has continued to support me fully after my operation, she has helped with my gradual return to work. She is a hard work and supportive team leader.
Nakash recent supported a resident at Beacon House to create a flower memorial in the garden as a place to member his late mother who recently passed away. Nakash showed great support and empathy throughout this and our resident is very pleased with how it looks.
Craig supported a resident to attend a very important hospital appointment. This particular resident hasn’t successfully attended an appointment for many years, through Craig’s comforting techniques the resident successfully attended the hospital and waited safely for his appointment. Thank you Craig for your comforting support.
