Sophie has supported me along my Nursing Pathway. Allowing me time off the ward to complete additional training, joining conversations with the MDT to provide ward oversight and ensuring i am completing my work effectively by joining uni meetings.
Matt has recently been required to take on a significant amount of work following clinical structural changes. Despite this, Matt has continued to offer excellent and constant support to his direct reports, and absorbed this work incredibly well. He has shown great resilience and flexibility in taking this additional work on – thanks Matt!

A patients was very unwell. she handled the situation amazingly avoiding using restraint despite there being several occasions when she could. She kept the staff team safe and put a plan in place to ensure the service user was supported despite their aggression and violence as she communicated with the team and outside agencies to a high level.
Emily is the epitome of a compassionate & empathetic leader. She is there to listen, validate & support her staff team & the MDT; despite the challenges of the last few weeks, she has remained focused on her team & ensuring they get what they need. She relentlessly stands up for her team & the patients in her care. We appreciate you!
Shelagh very kindly gave up spending her birthday at home with family in order to support one of our residents on a flight home to Stornoway. Ellen Mhor were struggling to find staff to cover this due to annual leave and Shelagh willingly volunteered herself to fly to Stornoway and back in the same day to ensure our resident made it home!
We have a resident going through a tough time at the moment and the staff from the next service supported the individual and team members to try new interventions and complete shifts with the person. They were so positive and brought a new lease of life to a very tired team. Thanks
