It has been a tough few weeks at Clifton but Keba has continued to provide excellent care and support to the patients, and has provided great leadership to his team. He has taken extra shifts when needed, and continued to push through despite hard times and challenging experiences on shifts. He is a valued and experienced staff member!!
Caitlin’s ‘job title’ is support worker; however she goes above and beyond- She often helps out in the kitchen where needed to cover absence last minute (voluntarily) in order to ensure that staff and patients get their meals and that her senior team do not need to worry about trying to find cover. It is very much appreciated!!
Our wonderful maintenance team, security lead and the fitness instructors all took time out of their exceptionally busy schedules to put up a huge marquee for the school prom. We couldn’t have hosted the event without their hard work. Thanks guys!
Kemi was my designated Buddy at Work during my induction training. I can’t praise her enough for being kind, able to adjust all her knowledge to an appropriate pace to not make me feel “overflowed” with information. Always available to clarify every doubt, and making sure I was fulfilling the induction booklet. Just an Amazing professional!!

Since Nicola has been supporting with Workday, she has been a tower of strength. She has the patience of a saint and nothing is too much trouble for her.
She has been supporting all of the Administrators who have been trying to get their heads around Workday. Thanks to Nicola the transition hasn’t been too difficult.
Sophie has overcome personal circumstances during the last month and refused to take time off work due to this. Sophie has persevered and shown that she has resilience by demonstrating continued attendance to work and good spirits when difficult. Sophie is a valued member of the team and should be recognised for her resilience in the workplace.
