Katie always appears willing to listen. She will find the time to pay you her full attention, showing active listening skills and empathy even when she has a hundred and one tasks she needs to do herself. She’s a great person to support anyone.
Kerry joined us a few months ago with no prior experience in care. Despite this I have observed an enormous level of passion from Kerry in every aspect of her role. She has huge insight into the experiences of our residents and the importance of them.
Heather always does her job with a smile and remains positive throughout any difficult situation. Heather is the go to person if you need to see the positive side of any stressful situations.
Sophie went above and beyond to help plan and organise a Halloween Party for all service users in Kirkside House and Lodge. Providing a safe environment, food, decorations and music for everyone to enjoy. The activity was enjoyed by everyone.
Chloe has organized a Halloween party for all the residents with lots of spooky treats and homemade treats. Chloe face painted the staff and residents. She did various arts and crafts making sure everyone was involved. Everyone loved it!
Tafadzwa has worked really hard especially over the last couple of weeks which has been a very challenging time. In particular Tafadzwa supported a resident to meet his family at Pizza Hut for his birthday which the resident very much enjoyed.

Manjula works in the OT team. She has high levels of motivation, very positive and highly driven to deliver exciting activities which are focused around young people. She created a giant pumpkin for Halloween in her own time, which was a clear favourite.
Chris has always been the man to go to when staff are unsure of anything, He always pushes the boundaries of what is possible with each resident to get the best outcome. he achieves things that do not appear possible for some and always with a smile.
Always responds promptly and concisely to enquiries. Always super helpful despite the heavy demands of his workload.
I am nominating Lisa Greenwood. She has come so far in helping new staff to learn and develop. She is confident which brings the best out of the team, as alot of new starters are really proud to say I work with this girl at our service.
Lauren has worked hard to develop and progress in her career at Beckly. She is taking on new challenges and responsibilities in order to learn and grow. She is completing her apprenticeship and has been successful is becoming acting Deputy at another service.
