Jake has covered my maternity leave for a year, hes welcomed me back and has supported me in starting my role again. Hes had to cover the role, which is busy anyway, during COVID and with a receptionist gone. A big thank you Jake 🙂

Hel helped set up the school from scratch, we have had many changes and versions since the start and they have worked tirelessly to create and implement a suitable curriculum. As a non specialist this is an extra challenge that they have risen to!
Frankie has been supporting service users out whilst Beacon has been in a crisis due to staffing and working outside her hours. I would like to say a big thank you and we really appreciate it 🙂
I would like to dominate Elena Pop as she is hard-working, gets in early and leaves late. She makes plenty of time for patients and is a valuable member of the MDT. Super funto be working with her. Best dietitian Ealing ever had.
Dennis has been coming on shift early every morning for the past few weeks to ensure all jobs are completed and medication is given. Dennis is will always help out when needed and support alongside team leading when required!
Deepa came to The Lodge as an International Nurse. She was very nervous and reserved but in the six months she has been here, Deepa has flourished in to a hard working and strong Nurse. Deepa is supportive and a good shift leader.
Claire always goes the extra mile in supporting her patients rights, their best interests and is a strong advocate for maintaining patients family relationships.
Christine is a role model who is able to effectively deliver person centred care. Recently Christine became a senior staff nurse, who is trustworthy. If you need any more information she is able to give specific examples. We are lucky to have her.
Christine stepped into support another service when the accounts assistant left. She supported/trained the new assistant. This was over payroll cut off period, when she was supporting three services all together. This was greatly appreciated
Charlie has worked tirelessly with a minimally verbal patient on Clipper ward. H has achieved amazing results in supporting his spontaneous language. This has allowed him to express where he would like to live and to say Happy Christmas to his Mum.
Andrea is not like any other MHAA. She has a listening ear, she gives words of encouragement when needed, she supports all to achieve their goals. She switches her role to cover other admin roles to support all colleagues!
