Bukola has worked really hard with a new individual at the hospital- this gentleman has struggled with showering for over a year and with her compassion and strength she has managed to encourage him to have a hair cut, wash his feet, hands and face. She works so hard, juggles a lot, and always has the service users best interests at heart.
A situation arose at Tupwood, where our manager was away for 7 weeks. Nokutula had no choice but to step into her shoes and run the nursing home, picking up untold other jobs to make sure the home was running well. She worked long hours and run the home efficiently. She was very supportive and done a fantastic job, recognition is VERY needed.
