Lee arrived early at Beckly this morning as he was on a team leading shift. The maintenance man was not on site and he helped to clear the car park and pavements of snow and spread grit on the ground. This kept the paths clear of snow and enabled staff to drive into car park.

Whilst out with a resident, Noble was incredibly supportive and showed great communication and empathy skills when it came to supporting the individual when they were showing signs of distress.
