Richard always goes above and beyond to support staff on shift. Over the past few weekends he has come into work with short staffing although having to work Mon-Fri. He always has time to listen to staffs concerns and tries to lift staffs moral!
Daisy has always been a hard worker on the ward. This recent month has been challenging beyond belief and Daisy is always able to make time to support residents and staff. She is always going above and beyond and puts the ward as a priority.
