Anna has supported an additional service over recent months to ensure the individuals’ needs were met and safety maintained. This has been in addition to supporting a developing service and providing high quality clinical supervision to others.

Sonya has been tremendously supportive by consistently carrying out delegated tasks to the highest of standards and providing cover to another service (in addition to her substantive role) in order to ensure continuity of care to service users.
Jackie shows resilience every shift and always comes back for more despite current ward acuity, working overtime shifts and going the extra mile for the young people and also to support the nursing team who are under extreme stress/pressure.
Richard always goes above and beyond to support staff on shift. Over the past few weekends he has come into work with short staffing although having to work Mon-Fri. He always has time to listen to staffs concerns and tries to lift staffs moral!
Daisy has always been a hard worker on the ward. This recent month has been challenging beyond belief and Daisy is always able to make time to support residents and staff. She is always going above and beyond and puts the ward as a priority.
He’s has ability to work under pressure (busy shift, short staff, unexpected incidents). Always finds solutions, stays longer to make sure his team is safe. He’s first to support staff dealing with challenging situations or individuals. Smiling Hero!
Naresh was appointed last year as RMD for Midlands. Over the last year he has grown considerably as a senior leader in his role and has had a fantastic result on recruitment of doctors in particular and setting up effective support for doctors.
Natasha is a hard working individual who goes that extra mile on the ward to ensure all tasks are completed. Natasha will stay late some evening to complete these task to take the pressure off her colleagues. Natasha needs recognizing for what she does.
I have recently become a full time member of staff at Victoria house. I had been working before this as part of agency staff. I regularly worked alongside Vicky and she always made me feel part of the team and this is why I joined the team full time.
I was injured in at accident at work, whilst distressed and in pain, Laura ensured to keep me calm and relaxed and administered first aid effectively to prevent any further injury whilst showing care and empathy.
Sarah has only been in her new Assistant Psychologist role for a month but she has taken on the role by storm. Even through some really difficult hardships she has had to face, she has given her all and has really grown as a person. I am really proud of her.
