I would like to nominate Rose for all the support she gives to her OT team. She is always approachable and works extremely hard as THE solo occupational therapist at Delfryn lodge, although juggling a mountain of work nothing was ever to much 🙂
Steve has gone above and beyond during the recent snow, coming to the site despite only having motorcycle transport out of hours at weekends and nights to ensure that our paths and car parks are safe for all the staff at work.
Emma is a kind soul with time to listen to service users and staff alike, always willing to put others before herself and help in any way she can, even if she isn’t having a positive day herself.
Lewis has an uncanny habit of knowing when staff are a bit down, his positive demeanour, offer of a cuppa, a biscuit or a mint is always a well timed little pick me up. Thanks Lewis !
Ola has worked tirelessly at Ealing over the last year most of the time having to cover New Dawn ward which has been without a manager.
She remains positive and drives forward to improve the quality of care despite set backs and disappointments.
Kerry joined our team a few months ago with no previous experience. Despite this Kerry has shown tremendous passion in her role and works very hard every day . She takes great interest in everything she does and it really shows.
Wife and 2 month old baby who he hasn’t met yet was coming to visit. Colleague was covering his shift and cancelled at the last minute. Godfrey attended his shift as not to leave his colleagues short for the day. that’s some work ethic.
Yvonne is well known for being a person who is good to talk with. I can’t think about better person to be a First Aid Mental Health Ambassador and Cygnet Values Ambassador. Her drop- in sessions are always very popular among staff. Kind & supportive.
Since joining the team a couple of months ago as a newly qualified RMN, Holly has just gone from strength to strength, taking everything in her stride. She has become a valued member of the team on PICU and an asset to the ward.
Anika is a very hard worker and always goes the extra mile to help new staff. Anika often cooks meals for a large number of service users which everyone enjoys. Anika is a great role model for new staff and a great support worker!
Holly has grown from being a very good support worker to becoming an excellent Senior Support Worker. She now plans to further her career with Cygnet as an Associate Practitioner (trainee nurse). She is highly dedicated and will make a great nurse
Ashley could be nominated for any one of these characters, but she is hard working and always willing to stay late and help complete any outstanding work that needs to be done, especially written notes. She is a huge asset to the team.
