Ugo supported the kitchen staff who were having a difficult relationship with a patient. Ugo is considerate and caring of others and is always there to support his team.

Wilfrid has had some very difficult shifts recently with a serious incident which happened in front of him and caused significant distress for all involved. Wilfrid supported his team, remained positive and his next shifts were excellent.

Susan has been a supportive and a very hard working employee. She is always available to come on shift when needed impromptu on her day off. She does not complain and would always go over and beyond her allocated duties.
Fred organized a pirate themed party for our residents which consisted of two separate treasure hunts. The treasure hunts catered for all abilities within our home, I’ve never seen our residents so involved and happy with an in house activity!
Sally has been nominated separately by three different individuals at site for the Taunton Employee of the Month Scheme, for her support, helpfulness, kindness, going above and beyond and her hard-working ethic.
Mandy is passionate about residents receiving the best care. Mandy arranged and worked with the Community Learning Disability team to support a resident who was going through challenging times to have a much needed blood test (last one in 2019).
Kelly has worked passionately and diligently to build relations with our service users. She has worked particularly well with one challenging service user who has thrived on her fun attitude and calm demeanour in times of crisis. Well done Kelly!!
