I started early October as an RMN. Starting somewhere as a new staff can be stressful at times, but Katie always went out her way to make me feel welcomed, and always had a nice word to comfort me. Thank you Katie!
A service user Cath supports is going into hospital tomorrow for a procedure and the service user was scared and very upset. Cath made sure the service user knew everything that was going to happen and also comforted them so they feel ok about it.
