
Since taking on the TC role, Courtney has worked incredibly hard at introducing the new timetables, activity hours have increased to 100%. She has motivated everyone, she brings joy into all that she does and is completely dedicated to the patients.
Robert is a great support worker. Robert is very reliable and often volunteers to cover shifts at other services due to sickness. Robert cooks great meals for staff and service users and always gives great advice to new staff and agency workers.
Lee recently supported a resident to go to hospital. Lee gave the resident plenty of reassurance as the resident was showing high anxiety. The resident does not like hospitals, as it took all afternoon for him to get in the ambulance.
Brian came in on his rest day at short notice to support a resident on an emergency admission into hospital. The resident was not compliant with medical interventions. Brian was very supportive in encouraging the resident to have the necessary scans and treatment.
Over the past 2 years Ali has battled with Cancer and won. Despite all her worries she is always there for not only me but the whole admin team anytime someone is struggling, be with personal or professional. She has been declared our Office Mum
Rebecca is always engaging with the patients on the ward despite having many tasks to complete. She is always involved in ward activities and making the ward the best place. Rebecca ensures everyone is happy daily 🙂
Billy has shown hard work by responding to various incidents that had happened on the ward at the weekend . He responded to the situation and helped staff in anyway he could. Taking observations, and verbally de-escalating service users.
Kay has experienced her own personal trauma but she continues to come to work to support our ladies. She supports the team picking up additional shifts so we don’t have to rely on agency. She is an absolute credit to the team.
Mike is always my voice of reason in regards to work and home life. He is a confidential space where I am able to vent how I am feeling and receive no judgement. Mike supports me to be the best I can be and leads by example! Thank you Mike
Matt always picks up additional shifts to ensure we dont have to use agency. Hes the one who always volunteers to do the long drives so patients can see their families. He responds every time as patient safety is paramount! Thank you Matt
