Sian is a legend. She has been helping the Business Systems Team since June and has made a real impact on the turn around time of myHub tickets! Nothing is too much trouble for her and she always goes above and beyond to support the team.
Dean has gone above and beyond in his role as keyworker, he has spent time working with one resident in particular and is supporting him to develop his skills and work towards his future goals. The resident is much more confident thanks to this.
Leona is a new member of the Hollyhurst team and has been a breath of fresh air. She has never done this kind of job before but you would never tell! She is hard working, committed, caring and a great addition to our team.
I like her style: calm, thorough and warm. Even worst shift doesn’t seem to be that bad, when she leads the shift. She has excellent communication skills, staff (across all departments) is always well informed to carry on their duties.
Kiv has a big heart, she will support her work colleague’s by kind words, gesture and will pick up hardest jobs. Service users also appreciate her empathy and kind nature. Recently she even took care of hurt pigeon and took him to RSPCA after work.
Jack brings so much to the role of OTA. He has a genuine passion for what he does. Whether he is doing activity groups in the hospital or helping patients to go out and do what they love, his enthusiasm shines through and inspires them to join in.
Sarah goes above and beyond her job role. She takes on extra work implementing new ideas concerning resident activities and takes into account their sensory needs. Sarah is implementing pictorial evidence of residents doing their activities.
She always is on hand to support and communicate key information really well. She always has time to discuss and will chase information for student’s home school’s. Since starting in January she is the key to the success of our school!
Gary’s flexible approach to his duties is an accent to the service.
Gary has stepped up as a cook providing high standards of cooking for the service during sickness on a number of occasions over the past few months. Always positive in his approach.
Recently there was an unpredictable gap in manager cover for Upping ward. Sadia offered to step in and cover the role in addition to her PDN role for the 10 days. Sadia has helped in maintaining safe care for the ward during this period. Thank you.
